01 Customers need professional advice

The salesman communicates with the customer to understand the basic information of the customer's packaging, the general requirements of the product, the quantity of the order, the preliminary budget, the delivery time and other information. After the initial intention of customization is reached, the design sent by the customer is sent to the design department for analysis. To ensure that customers complete the final product, we focus on the production of customized.

02. Confirmation of artwork and specifications

When we receive the design blueprint, we will check whether the design is consistent with the content in the order description, including product specifications, materials and so on. After confirming the design, our professional technicians will combine the complexity level, safety certification standards, surface treatment process, and packaging presentation options to clearly communicate every detail with the customer to complete the entire process.

03.Workshop Production

In order to better ensure the quality of our products, we implement total quality management in the production process, from raw materials entering the factory to the completion of production and so on, to the implementation of key quality control points in each process. We ensure precision through ISO-compliant processes and rigorous testing in accordance with EN71, ASTM and CCC standards, providing strong quality support and guarantee for our products.

04.Quality Assurance

After the completion of the quality inspector will test the product, qualified bags will be packaged into the warehouse unified management, in order to facilitate the later shipment.
